Lift Knowledge specialises in Media Training, Crisis Training, Presentation and Speech Techniques. Similarly, we also train executives in improving their verbal and non-verbal communication skills for interviews (TV, Radio and Press), presentations and public speeches. Our training team includes working journalists and communications professional with a high level of experience.

Lift’s Media Training programmes combine theory and practice. We begin with a general presentation of the role of the media and basic principles of relating to journalists. We then move on to discussing themes and messages that the clients need to pass on. Finally we begin practical sessions with audio recorders and cameras in action: TV and Radio Interviews, spontaneous press conferences, aggressive interviews, amongst others.

Crisis Training, on the other hand, is much more personalised and adapted to the reality of each client. Because when we talk about crisis, we are not talking about if it happens, but rather when it happens and what its magnitude will be, at Lift Knowledge we believe prevention is the catchword. Knowing that 80% of all crises can be foreseen and contained, we can contribute to management bodies being prepared and trained to deal with the crisis, contributing to the impact on reputation being lessened.
