Lift Consulting has built up its own methodology, with the ultimate aim of managing the reputation of its clients.
 
With the aim of building a strategic communications plan, Lift Consulting begins by carrying out a diagnosis and investigation of its client and the sector in which it operates, throughout which it identifies business objectives, draws up a stakeholder map, ensuring maintenance of the company’s values and identity, which are fundamental for its identification and recognition within the market. This diagnosis is essential to define communication aims, as these need to respond to and support the company's business as much as possible.
 
Once the strategy to follow has been established, an operation plan is drawn up in which we transpose everything that has previously been defined into a set of actions that make it possible to make the objective a reality: Improve the company’s reputation.
 
These two plans undergo constant monitoring and adapting, taking into account the adaptability required to change the reality of companies and the market.
 
During this process, the client is always at the centre of our internal organization and all the efforts we develop are to achieve the best possible results to our clients. Our basis service is Strategic Communication Consultancy, that uses 10 advanced knowledge centers, specialized in different practice areas and that always focuses on the goal to bring greater media exposure to their customers through an efficient Media Relations service.
