Burson-Marsteller enters exclusive partnership with Lift Consulting in Portugal

Burson-Marsteller, a leading global public relations and communications firm, today announced an exclusive affiliate partnership with Lift Consulting, a leading Portuguese communications consultancy specialising in reputation management, public relations and public affairs.

“The partnership with Lift Consulting will add to our strategic reach in southern Europe and the Iberian peninsula where we are committed to growing,” commented Jeremy Galbraith, CEO Burson-Marsteller Europe, Middle East & Africa.

The agreement replaces Burson-Marsteller’s previous non-exclusive affiliate partnership with C&C –Consultores de Comunicação, Lda. Lift Consulting established its reputation as one of the most respected communications consultancies in Portugal through a strong track record of high media impact communications activities and from having managed the communications of some of the most respected national and international companies operating in Portugal.

Meios & Publicidade and Sabre Awards: Lift is nominated again

Lift Consulting has recently been nominated again for two important awards: Sabre Awards, created by the prestigious Holmes Report, and Consultant of the Year for Meios & Publicidade. This is Lift's second consecutive nomination for a Sabre Award, this time for Lift's work on Corporate Reputation for Pestana group during 2007. Meios & Publicidade's Consultant of the Year nomination is the fifth in a row, which demonstrates Lift's standards. In the last four years, Lift has won the best consultant award three times.
