04 History

It all started in 1993, when Bairro Alto, a communications and public relations consultancy, was founded – a micro-company based in the heart of Lisbon, in the neighborhood that gave it its name. More than 25 years later, we are today one of the leading communication agencies in Portugal.

In a complex communication world, we help companies and brands to create solid relationships with its various stakeholders, raising their reputation and sustaining the business.

Aware of the relevance of reputation management Lift recently created Reputation Circle – The Reputation Platform – a knowledge center entirely dedicated to the discussion, promotion and dissemination of the best knowledge about corporate reputation.

As a responsible consultant always looking for the best international practices, we adopt the Stockholm Code in our business activity – a set of international standards, adopted in Portugal by APECOM, of which we are associated, and internationally by ICCO.
