The global insurance company Mapfre made it official that they would be relocating their Lisbon HQ to the outskirts of the city area by the following year. The big move came with a lot of perks for their 200 employees, but with most of them living in the big city, it seemed their new daily routines would seriously impact their work-life balance.

Internal Communication

To shift this mindset, and with a little help from their kids, we came up with an internal communications campaign built upon the idea of change: Trust the Future. The principle was simple: if children embrace change so naturally, why can’t adults handle it?

Through their children, MAPFRE employees understood change is not so difficult after all.

The results were great, with very positive feedback and a renewed feeling towards the upcoming office relocation, specially from the parents.
